Hi Esther I always make large bachets of the basil pesto. What I don't use I divide into small containers about the size of the palm of my hand. I keep one in the fridge it lasts for about a week. I freeze the others and defrost them as needed. I find that the ones that have been frozen and then defrosted last even longer in the fridge. Hope its yummy and thanks for visiting! love, Karyn
